Please fill in the blanks with as much information as possible pertaining to your constuction.  We will get back to you with the fee amount to be paid.  PLEASE NOTE:  REMEMBER THAT THE SQUARE FOOTAGE YOU SUBMIT TO THE FIRE DEPARTMENT MUST MATCH THE  SQUARE FOOTAGE ON THE PLANS SUBMITTED TO THE COUNTY FOR APPROVAL OR THE COUNTY WILL NOT APPROVE YOUR PERMIT!
